Once you complete your purchase for solidification of Ashes, we will immediately send you a collection kit, with a special cremated remains box to send the ashes to Ashes 2 Stone. Your kit will include a state-of-the-art bar code system to assure your delivered ashes are clearly identified upon arrival, and carefully tracked through the entire solidification process.
We keep you posted all along the way, from the Ashes arrival, to the processing in the lab, and when the solidified stones are being carefully packaged for return to you.
We process only one order at a time, and never comingle ashes. We provide 100% confidence that the ashes you sent us are the only ashes solidified into stones for you.
