Delivery of completed Solidified Stones is always free.
If for any reason in the first 30 Days you are unhappy with the stones, please let us know by email before you return the stones to us.
We will at no additional charge to you, convert the stones back into a cremated remains ash-like powder like consistency which will be returned to you.
Please note that due to the process of converting the ashes into solidified stones, there is not a way to convert the stones to look like the original remains.
