1. You need to collect and send the cremated remains to Ashes 2 Stone. We will send you at no additional cost, everything you need to collect  the remains to get the ashes delivered to us as safely as possible.
2. Purchase price is not refundable once the collection materials are shipped.
3. Stones can be different colors and textures usually cream, reddish tan or gray depending on the mineral content of the ashes.
4. Once the cremated remains are converted into stone, there is no way to convert the stones back into ashes again. However, if requested in writing, within 30 days of delivery of your stones, if you return 100% of the solidified remains, we will reprocess them into an ash-like powder and return them to you at no additional charge.
5. Although rare, at times some stones may crack or break in shipment or over time, this is normal.  We take extraordinary care in carefully protecting each stone for shipment.
6. The number of stones you receive is variable, and directly proportional to the amount of remains we receive.
